Welcome to Fast Labels (3J Digital Labels). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Fast Labels provides custom label printing services. All prices are estimates and subject to final confirmation based on artwork review and production feasibility. Prices displayed on our instant price calculator are indicative and may be adjusted after manual review.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a valid purchase order. Production begins only after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Turnaround times stated are estimates and commence from the date of artwork approval, not order placement.
Clients are responsible for ensuring artwork files are print-ready. Fast Labels is not liable for errors in client-supplied artwork. We recommend requesting a digital proof before full production. File upload acceptance does not constitute approval of print quality or content.
Orders may be cancelled without penalty before artwork approval. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis for defective products or production errors attributable to Fast Labels.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Fast Labels is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Free delivery applies to standard South African addresses; remote or express delivery may incur additional charges.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fast Labels or its licensors. Client artwork remains the property of the client. Fast Labels retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
Fast Labels' liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our services or products.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, Gauteng.
